Philip Miles Will Appear on 4/2 Installment of The Proactive Employer

As you know, March is compensation month at The Proactive Employer. Due to the great response and continued interest in this topic, we've decided to extend compensation month by one week. Philip Miles of McQuaide Blasko (and the author of the Lawffice Space blog) will be appearing LIVE on The Proactive Employer on Friday, April 2 at 8:30 AM Eastern.

Mr. Miles and I will be discussing document creation and retention with respect to compensation decisions. Specifically, we'll focus on how the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act has affected recordkeeping and document creation and retention. In addition to the "standard" compensation documents, other documents that must be created and retained include performance metrics, performance evaluations, and industry statistics used to evaluate compensation increases.
