Friday Double-Header from The Proactive Employer

This Friday, March 5, will be a double-header for The Proactive Employer. During the 8:30 AM EST installment, I will be discussing the five standards for conducting an OFCCP-compliant compensation self-evaluation with respect to gender, race, and ethnicity. The five standards center around (1) the construction of similarly situated employee groupings, (2) sample size needed for statistical analysis, (3) the statistical analysis, (4) investigation and remediation of statistically significant disparities, and (5) contemporaneous creation and retention of data.
