I will be hosting a webinar on Understanding the Compensation Self-Audit. The webinar will present an review of the self-audit process in a non-technical manner. The goal is to provide a better understanding of the process, what key issues are addressed in a self-audit, and point out potential pitfalls. As we will discuss, the main goal of a compensation self audit is to understand the how and why of compensation practices. Participants will gain a better understanding of compensation self-auditing as a whole, which will allow them to be better positioned to assist legal counsel and outside experts in providing the necessary data and information, and to understand the inferences drawn from the self-audit results.
The agenda for the webinar is as follows:
- why conduct a compensation self-audit;
- the self-audit framework;
- similarly situated employee groupings;
- edge factors;
- data measurability, availability, and collection;
- multiple regression analysis;
- practical and statistical significance;
- follow up investigations.
The webinar will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 2PM EST. You can register for the webinar here. Please note that if you originally registered for the March 4 webinar that was cancelled due to illness, you will need to re-register for the March 18 webinar.
