On September 1, 2009, Stephanie Thomas, Ph.D., became the new Director of the Equal Employment Advisory and Litigation Support Division at Minimax Consulting, LLC. Dr. Thomas brings with her the legacy of an outstanding career as a consultant in dispute resolution and risk management. Dr. Thomas's impressive resume includes consultation work in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, and several Fortune 500 companies. Her alliance with Minimax marks a great leap forward in her ability to continuously provide clients with outstanding statistical analyses through the utilization of Minimax's advanced infrastructure and statistical expertise.
Dr. Thomas graduated from Elmira College with an economics degree, and holds an MA and a Ph.D. in economics from the New School for Social Research, with a concentration in macroeconomic modeling. She received numerous awards from prestigious organizations, such as New York University and the Wall Street Journal. She has also published several papers in professional journals, using statistical methodologies to analyze employee compensation plans in a risk management framework.
Combined with Minimax's well-founded statistical expertise, the new Equal Employment Advisory and Litigation Support Division is a natural step forward in the Company's plans for expansion.
